Custom Stalfos doll from the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess

Close-up of her shield. I made this out of clay and paint, I have the non-painted pictures at the end of this thread.

I gave her glow in the dark eyes to give eerie vibes.

This was the base doll. She is a Monster High Skelita Calaveras doll. I don't have any pictures of her before I removed her hair and face.

I started carefully cutting off her nose and lips, then I tried to open her mouth.

I ended up removing more of her face, and gave her a chin with teeth in it.

I made this front bone piece on her face, then removed it to bake it. I glued it on later so I had more space to work on her upper jaw and face.

I also made the bone pieces on the side and her upper jaw seperately with polymer clay, because working with apoxie sculpt (the gray clay) I wouldn't have enough time to make the pieces detailed enough before the clay hardens.

Here are the teeth from the shoulderpads. When making tiny detail, I don't want to smudge them when adding them to the bigger piece, so I use a heat gun and silicone cup to 'pre-bake' them.
