The first block of my third year at Buas is almost over, so it's about time I post something I have been working on! This year, I am on the animation project 'Where the wind blows', and for that I will be animating a dog and a boy! To get a better feel for quadrupeds and our dog character, I started animating a walk cycle in the style of a Basset hound. Since we don't have a rig yet, Douglas the Corgi is a stand-in Basset hound for now, and I am really happy with how this walk turned out :)
I am planning on expanding this animation to include a fun little idlebreaker, so I can put it in my demoreel later. You will see more of this animation in the future!
